In critical segments of the national high-speed rail network, such as the Shanghai-Chongqing line, the Qinling Tunnel, and the new terminal at Fuzhou Changle International Airport, construction teams are racing against tight deadlines to advance their projects.

Workers at the Lion Rock Tunnel, which links Guangzhou’s Nansha District to Dongguan’s Humen Town, showcased their dedication, with over 6,000 laboring diligently throughout the holiday. Yao Qian, a visitor service guide at the Temple of Heaven Park, expressed her commitment: “Serving 200,000 visitors is incredibly fulfilling. Even if it means sacrificing my own rest, it’s worth it when I see smiles on their faces.”
